Soft skills training for students

The intern is expected to mobilise information and conduct research on existing soft skills curriculum and content (free open source videos, activities etc.) which includes basic grooming, conduct, leaderships, team work etc. The intern will use this content with students in the community to conduct training sessions.

1. Visit the website of Kat-Katha and read news articles and videos about the founder to familiarise yourself with the organisation. 2. Analyse existing curriculum. 3. Prepare a plan and execute sessions. 4. Work closely with the Founder and program team. 5. During internship, pick any one fundraising quest of Kat-Katha and fundraise using the existing or new communication material. 6. 1. Hybrid internship for two months (extendable with one day a week after two months) in Noida. 2. Candidate is expected to dedicate 10-12 hours per week. 3. You are expected to have a functional laptop of your own. 4. Good communication and writing skills in Hindi and English. 5. Proficiency in using social media platforms, MS Office. 6. You are expected to share your resume with all details including birthdate, phone number, email ID, college and any other projects/internships undertaken in the past.

Conduct teaching, mentoring sessions with community students for their overall learning so that they could stand out and access better academic and professional opportunities.
