English Teaching Intern

Support WeBhor Foundation's spoken English and language skills program for youth in Maldhan Chaur village. Develop engaging English lesson plans, create teaching materials, conduct interactive classes, and support curriculum adaptation.

1. Develop 12-15 practical lesson plans (45-60 minute sessions) covering: everyday conversations, workplace communication, public speaking, and interview skills. 3. Create engaging teaching materials including worksheets, role-play scenarios, vocabulary lists, and audio-visual resources. 4. Conduct 2-3 interactive English classes per week with WeBhor's youth beneficiaries. 5. Use interactive teaching methods: games, role-plays, group discussions, and peer learning. 6. Assess student progress through quizzes, speaking exercises, and participation tracking. 7. Collaborate with WeBhor's team to gather feedback and continuously improve curriculum. 9. Document student progress and success stories. 10. Create a resource library of English teaching materials (videos, podcasts, articles) for ongoing reference.

1. Online/Hybrid internship for 3 months (with 2-3 weeks of on-site engagement in Maldhan Chaur if possible). 2. Expected commitment: 2 hrs/day. 3. Functional laptop and basic audio/video equipment required. 4. Excellent communication and English language skills (Native or near-native proficiency). 5. Teaching experience or training background preferred. 6. Passion for working with youth from underserved communities. 7.
