Research and Content Development

Conduct interviews with program participants / trainers and other stakeholders, analyze information and interviews, and develop impactful case studies to showcase Aagaaz's achievements.

1. Conduct qualitative interviews with program participants. Transcribe and analyze interview data to identify key themes and impactful narratives. 2. Develop 5 engaging case studies that highlight the impact of Aagaaz's programs. 3. Basis above and existing reports of the organisation, creator other long-form content (e.g., articles, blog posts) based on the research findings. 4. Collaborate with the team to ensure the case studies and content align with Aagaaz's communication goals. 5. During internship, pick any one fundraising quest of Aagaaz Theatre Trust and fundraise using the existing or new communication material. 6. 1. Hybrid internship for two months. 2. Candidate is expected to dedicate 18-20 hours per week. 3. You are expected to have a functional laptop of your own. 4. Good communication and writing skills in English is a must for this assignment along with functional knowledge of Hindi . 5. Interest and skill in research, writing, basic data anyalysis, knowledge of MS office, Canva and other social media platform relates tools are required for you to perform well at the internship. 6. Excellent verbal communication skills required for developing professional outreach materials and potentially engaging with corporate representatives. 7. Proficiency in using research databases, social media platforms, MS Ofifice. 8. You are expected to share your resume with all details including birthdate, phone number, email ID, college and any other projects/internships undertaken in the past. 9.
