Documentation and Knowledge Management

The intern is expected to organise existing data and information of the organisation and contribute to relationship management including drafting letters, emails and other documents required under partnerships.

1. Visit the website of Kat-Katha and read news articles and videos about the founder to familiarise yourself with the organisation. 2. Analyse the current media presence and list of partners. 3. Prepare a plan to initiate and strengthen partnerships. 4. Work closely with the Founder and Communication team. 5. During internship, pick any one fundraising quest of Kat-Katha and fundraise using the existing or new communication material. 6. 1. Hybrid internship for two months (extendable with one day a week after two months). 2. Candidate is expected to dedicate 15-20 hours per week. 3. You are expected to have a functional laptop of your own. 4. Good communication and writing skills in Hindi and English. 5. Proficiency in using social media platforms, MS Office. 6. You are expected to share your resume with all details including birthdate, phone number, email ID, college and any other projects/internships undertaken in the past.
