Create Learning Programs for Team

The intern will support the Human Resources Team in creating learning programs for team members with a focus on members working in the community and on the ground. The intern will also support in curating activities focussing on creating a holistic culture in the organisation.

1. Review the existing training programs and team members background. 2. Create an outline for training field staff and prepare program activities, workshops etc. including a detailed execution plan. 3. This should include research on current needs and best practices available to address these needs. 4. During internship, pick any one fundraising quest of Saajha and fundraise using the existing or new communication material. 1. Hybrid internship for two months. 2. Candidate is expected to dedicate 18-20 hours per week. 3. You are expected to have a functional laptop of your own. 4. Good communication and writing skills in English and Hindi. 5. Interest in talking to people from varied backgrounds, preparing workshop activities and some research is preferred. 6. You are expected to share your resume with all details including birthdate, phone number, email ID, college and any other projects/internships undertaken in the past.

Contribute to holistic and learning culture in the organisation along with setting training system for organisation's staff.
