The intern will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 3-month social media campaign. This includes reviewing existing online presence, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing campaign performance.

1. Conduct a thorough audit of Project Second Chance's existing raw content and the existing social media presence. 2. Research social media strategies of similar organizations to identify best practices. 3. Develop a detailed 3-month social media plan outlining goals, target platforms, content themes, and a posting schedule with a catchy tagline that stays in audience memory. 4. Draft engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform. 5. Create a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and a variety of content formats. 6. Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms. 7. Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and follower growth. 8. Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance and providing insights. 9. Suggest adjustments to the campaign strategy and content to maximize effectiveness. 10.
