Aagaaz is offering a one-month, in-person Communications & Impact Research Internship focused on documenting and analyzing the work carried out at Khwāb Ghar and related Aagaaz programs. The intern will observe theatre, arts-based, and library sessions; engage with beneficiaries and facilitators; and produce well-researched case studies or academic-style papers that examine program design, implementation, and impact. The internship is self-paced and research-oriented, culminating in a written output that contributes to Aagaaz’s ongoing Impact Study initiative. - Observe theatre, arts-based, and library sessions at Khwāb Ghar. - Conduct qualitative interviews with beneficiaries, facilitators, and program stakeholders - Carry out background research related to arts-based education, community engagement, and social impact - Analyze collected data and insights using basic qualitative research methods - Author at least one detailed case study or academic-style paper by the end of the internship - Coordinate periodically with the Aagaaz team for guidance and feedback
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) - Availability for in-person engagement at Khwāb Ghar - Ability to work independently in a self-paced research environment - Strong interest in social impact, education, arts-based learning, or community development - Commitment to completing the final written deliverable within one month
- To document and critically analyze arts-based and community-driven interventions at Khwāb Ghar - To capture beneficiary and facilitator perspectives through structured interviews - To contribute credible, well-written case studies and research papers to Aagaaz’s impact documentation - To strengthen Aagaaz’s public knowledge resources through evidence-based storytelling
