Pick one school out of the current partnership of the Unifly Collective, identify one major problem in the school in the school and work on solving it over two months.

1. Conduct qualitative research including interviews with teachers, principal, and students to identify and thoroughly document key problem areas within the selected partner school. 2. Analyze research findings to select one major educational challenge that can be effectively addressed within the two-month internship period. 3. Collaborate with The Unifly team to develop a comprehensive solution, detailing specific implementation steps and creating a realistic timeline with clear milestones. 4. Provide consistent support to the school through both regular in-person visits and online assistance to ensure successful implementation of the proposed solution. 5. Document the implementation process including challenges, adaptations, and successes to create a knowledge base for future interventions as final report. 6. During internship, pick any one fundraising quest of the Unifly Collective and fundraise using the existing or new communication material.

1. Hybrid full time internship for two months. 2. you are expected to dedicate 15-20 hours per week. 3. You are expected to have a functional laptop of your own. 4. Excellent communication and writing skills (in English) is a must for this assignment. 5.
