Using the existing training manual for Prison officials create workshop content in the form of games and activities which is easy, engaging and effective in order to gauge interest to benefit prisoners welfare.

1. Understand the existing training manual thoroughly. 2. Create a list of topics from the manual (10-20) which are most pressing. 3. Prepare session plans which includes games such as role plays, card games, board games and similar activities to make the content more relatable for the officials. 4. Draft the games/activities including title, objective, descriptions, rules, material required etc. 5. Convert these activities into visually appealing training material. 6. Prepare a feedback form which will be used at the end of training where these games and activities are used. 7. The language should be simple English, jargon-free with explanation of technical terms. 8. The manual will be shared with the intern upon joining the organisation. Good communication and writing skills in Hindi and English is a must for this assignment. 5. Proficiency in using tools, social media platforms, MS Ofifice. 6.
