Fundraising Catalyst - Education & Leadership

Creatnet Education works at the intersection of teacher leadership, community learning, and systems transformation. As a Fundraising Catalyst – Education & Leadership, you will work closely with the fundraising and communications team to support Creatnet’s resource mobilization efforts. You will help strengthen Creatnet’s outreach to potential donors, supporters, and partners by supporting fundraising campaigns, building donor engagement systems, and assisting in communication with individuals who believe in the power of education. From identifying potential supporters to helping run outreach campaigns, your work will contribute to sustaining and expanding the impact of Creatnet’s programs for teachers and children. NOTE: This is a paid internship of ₹5,000 fixed + 5% incentive on funds raised (Expected fundraising goal: ₹30,000–₹50,000)

Your Catalytic Blueprint: As a Fundraising Catalyst, you will support Creatnet’s fundraising campaign through the following key areas: 1. Donor Research & Outreach Identify potential individual donors and supporters and reach out through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to share Creatnet’s fundraising campaign. 2. Campaign Support & Donor Engagement Assist in executing the fundraising campaign by sharing campaign updates, responding to interested supporters, and supporting follow-ups. 3. Tracking & Documentation Maintain a simple outreach tracker, document conversations and donations, and support basic reporting of fundraising progress. 4. Post-Campaign Support Assist with post-fundraising activities such as donor thank-you communication, documenting campaign learnings, and organizing donor data for future engagement.

1. Full-time commitment for 1 month. 2. Strong communication and writing skills. 3. Comfortable with outreach through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. 4. Interest in fundraising, social impact, and the education sector. 5. Basic research and data organization skills. 6. Ability to track outreach and maintain simple databases. 7. Self-driven and comfortable with conversations and relationship-building. 8. Open to recent graduates or final-year students interested in the social sector.

To support Creatnet Education’s fundraising efforts by strengthening donor outreach, assisting in campaign execution, and building systems for tracking and nurturing supporter relationships. The larger aim is to help mobilize resources that enable teacher leadership programs to reach more educators and children across communities.
