Design Communication Strategy

Create communication material (videos, reels, blogs, photo stories etc.) which resonates with the organization's mission and shows upliftment and experience of community members who have been associated with Project Jazba in Kashmir.

1. Create a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance Project Jazba's outreach across platforms. 2. Produce 10-15 engaging reels showcasing the experiences and upliftment of youth and women involved in Project Jazba. 3. Develop 4-5 blog posts that highlight the impact of Project Jazba on the lives of youth and women in Kashmir. 4. Develop and implement a weekly social media post series focused on youth and women's life transformation through Project Jazba. 5. Integrate impact data, such as the creation of over 200 entrepreneurs, support to women-led businesses, reaching over 50,000+ people and covering villages. 6. Ensure all content and strategies align with Project Jazba's mission to catalyse social and economic transformation in Kashmir. 7. Tailor communication strategies and content to effectively reach and engage the intended target audience. 8. 1. Hybrid internship for two months (few visits to office). 2. Candidate is expected to dedicate 18-20 hours per week. 3. You are expected to have a functional laptop of your own. 4. Good communication in English is a must for this assignment. 5. Good research skills with the ability to find and organise information and opportunities for the organisation. 6. Proficiency in using research databases, social media platforms, MS Ofifice. 7. You are expected to share your resume with all details including birthdate, phone number, email ID, college and any other projects/internships undertaken in the past.
