About
Counsel to Secure Justice (CSJ) is a registered non-profit organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. CSJ works on access to justice for children and the enhancement of child protection systems, integrating a restorative approach. CSJ was established in Delhi in 2012 in response to a high number of child abuse cases and has since been working with children who have been harmed by sexual violence for over ten years and children in conflict with law since the last five years. CSJ, under its Survivor Support program provides legal as well as emotional, educational and counselling support to victims of child sexual abuse as well as their families. While our lawyers make sure that the child gets justice in court and fair victim compensation, a trained social worker counsels the child and also helps her and her family to return to a normal life, by getting admission into school, getting the right medical treatment and other services.
