Metores Trust

Founded in 1980, Metores Trust (a blend of ‘metal’ and ‘ores’) was established by Late Mr. Om Wadhwa, Founder of JV Electronics, one of India’s leading exporters of electronic components. The Trust began its journey by supporting education interventions in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Pune, and Ghaziabad. Over time, it adopted a more hands-on approach by launching direct initiatives in Uttarakhand, working closely with diverse rural communities.
