Students graduating without real skills is a global problem. People all over the world are trying to fix it — some in really creative ways. Your job is to find 3–5 of the best models, understand what makes them work, and tell us what VAll can learn from them.
1. Research 3–5 models from anywhere in the world that help students build skills and get work-ready. Look across sectors — NGOs, startups, government programmes, universities. 2. For each model, cover: • What it is and where it's from • What makes it work (the specific idea, not just 'it helps students') • One piece of evidence that it's worked • Whether it could work in India and why or why not 3. End with a section called 'What VAll Should Steal' — one idea from your research that VAll could actually use, and why. 4. Minimum 500 words. Write clearly, not formally. 5. What to Submit? Structured document (Google Doc, PDF, or Word). Name + college + year at the top.
Build VAll's understanding of what's working globally for student employability — and surface one idea the founding team can act on.
